Diet 8/9

239.  Flat.  Not moving.  I'm getting tired of the diet, so it is time to double down (half down).  Decrease food intake and increase exercise.

Last couple of nights, I've dozed off after supper and haven't done my treadmill.

254 this morning, but the 40" waist pants fit.  44's are too big.  Down from overflowing 48 in January.
