239. Flat. Not moving. I'm getting tired of the diet, so it is time to double down (half down). Decrease food intake and increase exercise.
Last couple of nights, I've dozed off after supper and haven't done my treadmill.

244, up from 242. Big stall. Increased treadmill and lost from 252, but this is not going as quickly as I had hoped.
